  • ANALYTICAL LABORATORY AND QUALITY TESTING

    BCI is able to develop and support its innovative technologies with the state-of-the art analytical equipment and testing capabilities. From our scanning electron microscope to our numerous corrosion testing cabinets (NSS/Prohesion/Filiform/Humidity/etc.), we have the capacity to support our customers highest quality standards.

    Our Research and Development continues to lead the industry in innovative and new pretreatment technologies. BCI operates a full service laboratory with chemists located both on-site and in the field. Our lab performs checks on incoming raw material and outgoing manufactured products. We also perform analysis of customer production baths. Additionally, we conduct product performance testing of customers’ paint products.

  • EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING

    BCI’s Equipment Division has been providing control systems to our customers for more than 20 years. We are experts at installing any chemical feed systems, from a single-stage dip tank to a facility with multiple, continuous coil lines. Using an open-architecture approach, we can complement your metal processing chemistries with a control and data acquisition system. Our Data Acquisition System, BDACS®, enables customers to have a customized human-machine interface to meet your specific needs.

  • PROCESS MANAGEMENT, INC. (PMI)

    BCI’s sister company, PMI, offers specialty products including: metal working fluids - soluble oils, semi-synthetics, full synthetics; forming lubricants; drawing and stamping lubricants; hydraulic fluids; forging lubricants for both steel and aluminum; cutting and grinding fluids; die release agents; and dry film lubricants.

    PMI also provides products and services to support your water and waste treatment, cooling tower, and boiler treatment needs.
