E-CLPS® can be used over Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel, Galvalume, Galfan, Cold Rolled Steel, Electro Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum, all of which have the same coating weight specifications. E-CLPS® is available in either a clear or a tinted version.
BCI’s Bulk Kleen® line of alkaline cleaners effectively clean and etch the metal surface while also keeping your tanks clean by eliminating scale and sludge build-up; oils are easily split-out in an oil separator. This product eliminates the need to acid clean your cleaner process tanks in order to remove heavy scale; this is usually seen on the heat exchange tubes and walls of the process tanks with typical alkaline cleaners.
